Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator with HART Comms

The Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator with HART Comms is a complete pressure, temperature and mA loop calibrator that allows for troubleshooting and calibration of HART smart digital transmitters. Using the Fluke 754, users are able to create calibration procedures and automatically document the results. Connection to calibration management software is also possible. The Fluke 754 allows users to measure voltage, current, resistance, frequency, temperature and pressure on one device and power transmitters during test loop supply with simultaneous mA measurements.

The Fluke 754 allows users to download procedures, lists and instructions created with software or upload test results and data for printing, archiving and further analysis. The HART interface allows for many day to day tasks to be performed without the need for a separate communicator such as reading multiple variables, set damping time and perform loop testing. The 754 provides a number of useful features such as; autostep, custom units, user entered values during tests, one point and two point switch testing, square root DP flow testing and programmable measurement delay.

The Fluke 754 provides users with the ability to perform the task usually performed buy several separate devices in one hand held unit such as, sources, simulates and measure pressure, temperature and electrical signals. The Fluke 754 can handle fast pulsed RTD transmitters and PLCs with pulses as short as 1ms. The Fluke 754 provides users with a process calibrator that helps to meet rigorous standards like ISO 9000, FDA, EPA and OSHA regulations.

Powered by a Li-ion battery, the Fluke 754 offers users a battery life of 8-10 hours and the capability to store up to 8000 recordings. The Fluke 754 is compatible with the Fluke DPCTrack2 calibration Management software to create a seamless and paperless calibration management system. The bright dual display allows for reading of both sourced and measured parameters simultaneously.
