The Hikmicro Mini2Plus Thermal Imaging Camera is a pocket sized camera, for Android devices that transforms a smart device into a thermal imaging tool. The Mini2Plus features a highly sensitive (NETD < 40mK) VOx detector with a resolution of 256 x 192 (49,152 pixels). The 25Hz frequency offers a smooth video for viewing temperature with a range of -20ºC to 350ºC (-4ºF to 662ºF) with a temperature accuracy of ±2°C (±0.5°F) / ± 2 %.

Hikmicro Viewer App

The Mini2Plus is compatible with the Hikmicro Viewer App, providing a user friendly link and interface between the camera and the operators smart device. The camera allows for full screen measurement: Center Spot, Hot Spot, Cold Spot, 3 Custom Spots and 3 Areas for quick temperature measurements. Users are able to choose between 15 colour palettes allowing for problems to be detected more easily. Fusion image mode blends key details from the smart device to the IR image further adding detail and clarity.

The Mini2Plus instantly attaches to an Android smart device via the USB Type-C interface, using the power supplied by the smart device meaning the Mini2Plus is battery free allowing for maximum usage. The Hikmicro Mini2Plus its equipped with a manual focus allowing for inspections from as close as 7cm up to 10m (32.8ft) away. The camera is equally as capable of viewing objects as small as 0.5mm or objects further away that may require a safe distance for inspection.

Included with the Hikmicro Mini2Plus is a 40cm extending cord that connects between then device and camera, allowing for remote viewing and inspection of difficult to reach places. The 18mm extended connector allows for usage when a smart device is covered with a protective case.

The Mini2Plus is able to provide professional settings such as emissivity, distance and range of the thermal camera allowing the operator to get the best thermal images and temperature measurements of different surfaces.

The small design and weight (24g) of the Mini2Plus allows for the camera to fit in the users pocket or tool bag for a quick and convenient thermal camera usage.The Hikmicro Mini2Plus is IP40 rated and drop tested to 1m (3.3ft). Alongside the three year warranty and included protective case the Mini2Plus is a durable and rugged device, allowing for use in a wide range of environments. Audio and visual alerts give the user an instant notification when the temperature exceeds a preset alarm level
