Keller LEX1 Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer (30bar)

The Keller LEX1 Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer has a relative measurement range of -1bar to 30bar and an absolute pressure range of 0bar to 31bar. Pressure readings – taken by a piezoresistive transducer in oil-filled housing – are accurate to ±0.05% and have a resolution of 1mbar. A G ¼” male connector is used to connect to the system under observation.

The Keller LEX1 Ei is an intrinsically safe pressure gauge which means that it is suitable for use in hazardous environments where there is a risk of explosion. It is classified as as zone 1: Ex II 2 G and Ex ia IIC T6 Gb and has the following certification files: PTB 05 ATEX 2012 X and IECEx PTB 13.0028 X.

A number of different pressure units are available on the Keller LEX1 Ei and readings are displayed on the clear digital screen. There are additional features such as the digital calibration with zero and end points, relative measurements via a zero function, and min/max recording.

The Keller LEX1 Ei has an RS485 Fischer data connection that allows it form part of a Keller-Bus monitoring protocol with up to 127 instruments. An optional Keller K114A Cable Adaptor is needed to enable this feature but free Keller CCS30 software is available from the Keller website.

The two-button operation system of the Keller LEX1 makes it very easy to use and further practicality is added by the 2000-hour battery life. The gauge also has an IP65 ingress protection rating.
