Rigel is a subsidiary brand of Seaward, specialising in the manufacture of specialist test and measurement equipment for the medical and laboratory sectors. With over 38 years of experience, Rigel is respected globally as a business that drives efficiency in health environments, helping save lives through improved workflows. Designed in the UK, Rigel launched the IEC 601 electrical safety analyser, otherwise known as the 8001 Liverpool Safety Tester, due to it being designed by Liverpool Hospital University.
