The Sauermann Si-CA 230 Multigas Industrial Gas Analyser (Choice Of Kit) provides users the choice of between 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 sensors for their analyser. Each analyser comes equipped with O2 and CO with a number of other gas sensor available including NO, Low NO, NO2, SO2, CxHy, Low SO2, H2S providing an analyser suitable for commercial and industrial applications such as emissions monitoring of boilers, engines and other combustion applications. CO dilution auto range allows for measurements up to 50,000ppm.

The Si-CA 230 allows for predictive maintenance with estimated sensor life and calibration reminders allowing users to ensure their analyser is always up to date. The Is-CA 230 allows for sample conditioning unit for low NOx and high moisture applications.

The Si-CA 230 has a large colour touch screen display which allows users a graphical data display and a customisable gas analysis screen. Data measurements can be shown in real time and controlled via the Sauermann App (available on iOS and Android) up to 15m away.

A number of useful features include one touch pump On/Off with purge and auto pump cut-off should high levels of CO be detected. Stack gas velocity is measurable with the included pitot tube (0 to 99m/s / 0 to 19,500fpm) and draft and differential pressure measurements can also be calculated. The emissions values adjusted for reference O2 with CO and CO2 monitoring possible in ambient air. Storage on the internal memory allows for up top 2,000 measurements to be recorded with up to an 8 hour battery life, the Si-CA 230 is able to withstand a full day in the field before being recharged.

The Si-CA 230 is IP42 providing protection from water spray, with a protective rubber holster and carry case further adding to the protection of the unit both in use and a in storage or transportation.

Sauermann Combustion App

The Sauermann Combustion App is a free to download app that is available on both iOS and Android devices. With Wireless connection from the analyser to smartphone, the app allows for remote viewing of combustion data and measurements in real time as either a list or in a graph. Measurement data can be saved and automatic logging is also available. Reports can be created and exported in PDF, CSV (for Excel) and XML formats.

The App allows for databases to be created for customers, operators and equipment.
