Seaward Primetest 250 PAT Tester

This product has now been replaced by Seaward Primetest 250+ PAT Tester.

The new Primetest 250 PAT tester will perform all tests required to comply with the IEE Code of Practice. These include RCD trip testing, protective conductor current and touch current testing. The Seaward Primetest 250 also carries out Insulation Testing at either 250V or 500V DC. The Seaward Prime test 250 is battery powered and can be plugged into the mains supply to run the protective conductor current and touch current tests.

As innovators within PAT, Seaward have also enabled the Seaward Primetest 250 to carry out full testing on 3-phase equipment found in factories, workshops, schools and colleges. The PT250 is the only tester on the current market that will test for Differential Leakage Current on 3-phase equipment using an optional Seaward 3-phase adaptor.

The battery powered Primetest 250 PAT tester is very easy to use with auto sequence test buttons and a large display with clear PASS/FAIL indication. This makes it an ideal choice of PAT tester for both novices to PAT testing or experienced test engineers who need to test a wide range of electrical equipment while fully complying the IEE guidelines. The Seaward Prmetest 250 is the next step in their already highly successful range of battery powered Primetest PAT testers, packing it with loads of features which will aid Electrical Safety within the workplace and help companies fully comply.
