The Tramex Building Survey Inspection Kits includes the Tramex Encounter MEX5 Moisture and Humidity Meter a dual depth moisture meter that can be used for wood and a number of building materials including drywall, roofing, plaster, tile and masonry.With a built-in hygrometer for ambient conditions and psychrometric values. The MEX5 has an infrared surface thermometer and when used with external in-situ RH probes can provide in-situ equilibrium RH readings. Pin probes for wood, drywall and WME readings.

The Tramex MEX5 allows for over 500 wood species to be chosen, SG adjustment and automatic temperature correction for %MC measurement precision. Using the Tramex Meters App (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), the Tramex MEX5 allows for moisture test results to be visualised and Geotagged turning the data into moisture maps, reports and charts that can be shared with colleagues and customers. The MEX5 is suitable for a number of environments for professionals such as, in wood, wood flooring, building moisture inspections and water damage restoration industries.

Each Tramex Building Survey Inspection Kit contains a Tramex MRH III Moisture and Humidity Meter which carries out non-destructive moisture tests on a range of building materials. It is compatible with Tramex Hygro-i ® and pin-type wood probes for measuring temperature, relative humidity and dew point in ambient air and wood.

Calibration Check Salts
These calibration check salts keep a constant humidity of 75% which allows the user to easily calibrate humidity probes and keep them in good working order.
