Fluke 1664FC + FEV350 Multifunction Tester and EV Analyser Kit

The Fluke 1664FC + FEV350 Multifunction Tester and EV Analyser Kit allows the user to check on the safety and operation of an electric vehicle charging station. The kit features two Fluke tools, which are:

  • Fluke 1664FC Multifunction Tester
  • Fluke FEV300 EV Charging Test Adaptor with a Type 2 Plug

Fluke 1664FC Multifunction Tester

The Fluke 1664FC Multifunction Tester allows the user to test the safety of electrical installations in a range of environments, whether that be industrial, commercial, or domestic. Equipped with an exciting, innate ability to run 6mA RDC tests, the 1664FC works hand-in-hand with the FEV350 to provide the accurate and reliable testing of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE).

The 1664FC can run a variety of tests, including Insulation, Loop, Line, and Earth Resistance, as well as Continuity testing and much more. A rotary dial allows for the simple selection of the required function or test. With Auto Test function, ring testing, High-current Loop mode, Pre-test function, earth volt touchpad, and a zero adaptor, the 1664FC displays results on a large backlit display. The user can also opt for their 1664FC to be calibrated by ticking the checkbox at the top of the page.

Fluke FEV350 EV Charging Test Adaptor with Type-2 Plug

When the FEV350 is used alongside the 1664FC, the Charging Test Adaptor is able to test the functionality and safety of electric vehicle charging stations. It is able to simulate an electric vehicle or charging cable to conduct PE Pre-Tests, Phase Indication Tests, and induce both Proximity Pilot (PP) State and Control Pilot (CP) States.

The FEV350 is a great addition to a toolkit, as it offers speed and high-accuracy without compromising reliability. With additional TruTest software, the user can collaborate with other users and make the most out of testing and results. The analyser meets IEC/EN 61851-1 and IEC/HD 60364-7-722 standards, which enables the electrician to conduct the testing they desire.

TruTest allows for EV Charging asset management, data storage, and reporting on a single, easy-to-use platform. The user can easily manage measurement data from EVSE inspections, quickly create inspection and reports with collated data, and access the latest firmware for the regular upkeep and updates for the FEV350.
