KANE 258 Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit
The KANE 258 Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit is supplied with a range of accessories that enhance the 258, with a Gas Leak Detector, KAL1 & KPCP (x2) Temperature Probes, HARHOSE Pressure Tubing.
The KANE 258 Combustion Flue Gas Analyser is a dependable tool designed for professionals servicing or installing gas and oil boilers. It features direct CO and O₂ measurement with CO sensor protection, ensuring precise calculations of O₂ levels, CO/CO₂ ratio, excess air, and combustion efficiency. Compatible with various fuel types—including Natural Gas, LPG, Butane, Light Oil, Propane, and Wood Pellets—it is also H₂-ready for up to a 20% blend.
Designed for ease of use, the KANE 258 includes an ergonomic rotary dial and a detachable flue probe. A built-in purge pump protection system helps prevent accidental sensor damage. As an entry-level flue gas analyser (FGA), it is ideal for domestic gas applications and offers wireless connectivity for seamless data transfer to the KANE LIVE & GAS CHECKER apps.
With data hold and logging functionality, test results are displayed on a large six-line screen for easy readability. The analyser comes with a 10-year warranty from KANE and includes a USB charger, long-life sensors, and an infrared output for an optional printer, providing a complete and cost-effective solution. Details of the 258 Kit option are outlined below.
KANE LOCK
KANE LOCK will automatically disable your stolen analyser, acting as a deterrent and blocking unauthorised access and usage.
This feature requires weekly connection to KANE LIVE on an Android or iOS smart device, and will stop your analyser working after 1 week of separation from your device.

In addition users have the ability to generate PDF reports & certificates, personalise their company & user profiles, send test results in CSV for spreadsheets, and even control your KANE analyser pump, torch & fresh air purge from the app itself.
