The Kane 458s IAQ Flue Gas Analyser COM-CAT Kit, with its innovative purge pump protection system, is a great choice for those looking to commission appliances up to 120KW while also being able to analyse ambient air quality. Specifically designed for those working in fumes investigation or catering engineering roles, the 458s IAQ features indoor air quality sensors in the form of ambient CO and CO2 up to 10,000ppm and 9,999ppm respectively. Other measurement parameters include NO (0-600ppm), differential pressure, temperature and O2 (0-21%). The analyser boasts an impressive range of appliance testing features such as let-by, combustion efficiency and CO safety checks.

The COM-CAT Kit features the DTHA2 Wireless Link Airflow Meter, which is able to connect via the integrated wireless functionality to the 458s IAQ analyser; wirelessly measure airflow, temperature and humidity, viewing real time results via the handset. The 20128 Extender Stick provides extra reach due to its telescopic handle, allowing the DTHA2 to be placed in harder to reach locations.

This analyser boasts a large screen with a 6-line display to offer a seamless user experience, making values easy to read during operation. The device also features a useful hold data function, allowing for values to be temporarily frozen on screen. The hard plastic body is scratch and drop resistant, providing protection in addition to the 10 year Kane warranty.

The 458s IAQ is compatible with all common fuel types including natural gas, LPG, wood pellets, light oil, butane and propane. Kane Live & Printer Apps

The Kane Live App is compatible with Android Devices and free from the Play Store. This multilingual App includes several extremely useful features beneficial for anyone with a Flue Gas Analyser. See your test results live on your smart device and even tag them with real-time GPS data & printouts all while still physically on site. Printouts can be shared along with downloaded analyser logs as CSV files, with analyser user details amendable within the App itself.

The Kane Printer App is compatible with Android/iOS and is free from both the Play & App Store. With this app users can quickly connect to their analyser and view test results before emailing them to their contacts. Log each test location via GPS then save printouts to edit before transfer. Fully customise personal notes even in poor lighting conditions as a useful NightMode is incorporated within the app.
