  • Description

Martindale VT25/PD Voltage Indicator and Proving Unit Kit

The Martindale VT25/PD Voltage Indicator and Proving Unit Kit allows the user to check that electrical circuits are safely isolated before beginning work. It includes a Martindale VT25 voltage indicator alongside a proving unit with a handy carry case.

The two-pole Martindale VT25 Voltage Indicator is a slimline instrument with an ergonomic design that is comfortable to carry and use. It can detect AC/DC voltage from 12 to 690V with an LED display that indicates nominal voltage at 12V, 24V, 50V, 120V, 230V, 400V and 690V.

Additional tests on the Martindale VT25 include a phase rotation test and a continuity test with visual and audible indication up to 500kΩ. An LED torch and double insulation make it an ideal instrument for electrical professionals.

The kit also includes a Martindale PD690 Proving Unit. This produces a 690V test voltage which lights up all the LEDs on the voltage indicator to check that it is working properly.

A handy carry case with a useful strap is provided for both the different components in the kit with specific compartments for both instruments.
