The Testo Smart Probes Refrigeration Set combines tried and tested Testo measuring technology with Bluetooth connectivity and the intuitive Testo Smart Probes App to create an extremely practical new way of carrying out servicing, commissioning and error detection on air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.

The kit features two Testo 115i Bluetooth Clamp Thermometers and two Testo 549i Bluetooth High Pressure Gauges with impressive and accurate measuring ranges for both temperature and pressure. All four devices can connect to the Testo Smart Probes App on a smartphone/tablet at any one time and the 2/sec measurement rate gives up-to-date, real-time readings.

The App, suitable for Android and iOS, effectively turns the user’s smartphone/tablet into the measurement instruments' screen and also provides speedy data analysis in the palm of your hand. The Testo Smart Probes App is extremely easy to customise and navigate. Possible special applications include calculation of condensation and evaporation points whilst specific menus are available for target superheating, superheating and sub-cooling. The kit is therefore suitable for comprehensive assessment of a refrigeration or air-conditioning system. Furthermore, reports can be saved in PDF or Excel format for onward transfer.

The instruments are all light and small whilst their long battery lives make them great for lengthy inspections over large sites. The kit comes with a handy carry case for ease of transport as well as batteries for all four devices. The Testo Smart Probes App can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play and works with all instruments in the Testo Smart Probes range. The App displays real-time readings on screen for a whole range of variables. Up to six Smart Probes can work in tandem and information can be saved in Excel or as a .pdf report (including pictures). Advanced analysis is available and the Testo Smart Probes range represents a major advance in system inspection and evaluation.
