KANE 458s HVACR Flue Gas Analyser PRO Kit 2
The KANE 458s HVACR Flue Gas Analyser PRO Kit 2 allows for the measurement collection of a wide range of variables including carbon monoxide (CO) concentration in flues, carbon dioxide (CO2), ambient CO build-up, differential pressure and temperature.
The KANE 458s Link Flue Gas Analyser PRO Kit 2 comes equipped with several useful accessories including the KANE backpack, suitable for transporting the analyser and all accessories easily and safely. Two WPCP Wireless clamp-on pipe probes allow for real-time results to be shown on the analyser with data measurements being saved and sent via Bluetooth to a printer or smart device. Also included with the PRO kit 2 is a KANE KAL1 air-liquid temperature probe and a GLD/450plus gas leak detector that can detect combustible gases and other fluids, concentrations as small as 50ppm can be detected.
KANE 458s HVACR Flue Gas Analyser
The KANE 458s HVACR Flue Gas Analyser allows for the use of the flue gas analyser to conduct a number of aspects of combustions, including CO/CO2 ratio, oxygen content, excess air and efficiency and also tightness and let by. With wireless communication, the 458s is hydrogen (H2) ready (up to 20% blend) with a fully upgradable sensor. With the addition of an optional sensor that allows for the calculation of NO, NO2 SO2 and high-range CO.
The KANE 458s is capable of detecting a number of different fuel types including natural gas, LPG, Wood pellets, butane, light oil and propane. With an innovative purge pump system that ensures the KANE 458s CO sensor is protected from over range. CO measurement function is deployed using the automatic boiler commissioning test sequence that allows the user to certify new boilers according to the requirements of Technical Bulletin 143. With a large screen showing six lines of text showing multiple test parameters with test results instantly available in a physical copy thanks to the optional Kane IRP-3 Infrared Printer.
The KANE 458s is also the world's first heating and cooling analyser. The dial now includes an AC & Refrigeration option, which allows for the measurement of AC & refrigeration systems. The user can now conduct the refrigeration side, the air side, and the EVAC test.
KANE-HUB App
The KANE-HUB App allows compatible KANE tools and probes to connect wirelessly to your mobile device via Bluetooth, helping you view live measurement values from one place while working on site.
Depending on the connected instruments, the app can display refrigerant, air side and vacuum measurements in your preferred units. It can also calculate key HVAC/R values such as superheat and subcooling, with the option to save commonly used refrigerants as favourites for quicker access.
With wireless connectivity, simple probe connection and an easy-to-navigate display, the KANE-HUB App helps users monitor system information without being fixed to one position during testing, servicing or commissioning work.
KANE LOCK
KANE LOCK will automatically disable your stolen analyser, acting as a deterrent and blocking unauthorised access and usage.
This feature requires weekly connection to KANE LIVE on an Android or iOS smart device, and will stop your analyser working after 1 week of separation from your device.
