The Kane 458s Flue Gas Analyser Oil Kit is purpose built, with a sophisticated flue gas analyser and useful accessories, for use on domestic and commercial oil-fired boilers. The analyser is fully capable of measuring a range of variable such as temperature, carbon dioxide, pressure, oxygen & carbon monoxide. With these measurements the analyser can calculate CO/CO2 ratio, excess air and combustion efficiency alongside tightness and let by testing. The 458s comes with wireless connectivity as standard and a fully upgradeable sensor. Operators can calculate NO, NO2, S02 and high range CO with the addition of an optional sensor.

A revolutionary CO purge pumps protects the sensors of the Kane 458s from over range damage, the analyser can measure both ambient CO, CO in the flue and is hydrogen ready up to 20%. Test newly installed boilers with the pre-installed automatic commissioning test sequence in accordance with Technical Bulletin 143. The device has a large screen capable of displaying six lines of results simultaneously, a tactile rotary dial and onboard memory.

The Kane 458s Oil Kit incorporates a range of compatible accessories for testing oil-fired systems. A flue probe, pressure connectors, oil pressure test kit and manual smoke pump are all included. Furthermore, with the Kane IRP2 infrared printer the operator can print hard copies while remaining on site and all components can be fitted and stored within the provided carry case. The Kane 458s is covered by a 10 year warranty provided by Kane and is available in a range of kits with various accessories as detailed below.

The Kane Live App is compatible with Android Devices and free from the Play Store. This multilingual App includes several extremely useful features beneficial for anyone with a Flue Gas Analyser. See your test results live on your smart device and even tag them with real-time GPS data & printouts all while still physically on site. Printouts can be shared along with downloaded analyser logs as CSV files, with analyser user details amendable within the App itself.

The Kane Printer App is compatible with Android/iOS and is free from both the Play & App Store. With this app users can quickly connect to their analyser and view test results before emailing them to their contacts. Log each test location via GPS then save printouts to edit before transfer. Fully customise personal notes even in poor lighting conditions as a useful NightMode is incorporated within the app.

However the also available Kane 458 Combustion Flue Gas Analyser includes more advanced features such as CO safety checks and an optional NO sensor. Whilst with less features, the 258 is a more affordable package and an ideal entry level Flue Gas Analyser.
