KANE 458s Flue Gas Analyser Oil Kit
The KANE 458s Flue Gas Analyser Oil Kit is purpose-built, with a sophisticated flue gas analyser and useful accessories, for use on domestic and commercial oil-fired boilers. The analyser is fully capable of measuring a range of variables such as temperature, carbon dioxide, pressure, oxygen & carbon monoxide. With these measurements, the analyser can calculate the CO/CO2 ratio, excess air and combustion efficiency alongside tightness and let by testing. The 458s comes with wireless connectivity as standard and a fully upgradeable sensor. Operators can calculate NO, NO2, S02 and high-range CO by adding an optional sensor.
A revolutionary CO purge pump protects the sensors of the KANE 458s from over-range damage, the analyser can measure both ambient CO and CO in the flue and is hydrogen ready up to 20%. Test newly installed boilers with the pre-installed automatic commissioning test sequence per Technical Bulletin 143. The device has a large screen capable of displaying six lines of results simultaneously, a tactile rotary dial and onboard memory.
The KANE 458s Oil Kit incorporates a range of compatible accessories for testing oil-fired systems. A flue probe, pressure connectors, oil pressure test kit and manual smoke pump are all included. Furthermore, with the optional KANE IRP-3 infrared printer, you can print hard copies while remaining on site and all components can be fitted and stored within the provided carry case. The Kane 458s is covered by a lifetime warranty provided by KANE and is available in a range of kits with various accessories as detailed below.
The KANE 458s is the world's first domestic & commercial analyser that can directly measure O2, CO2 & CO, with these three sensors as standard.
KANE LOCK
KANE LOCK will automatically disable your stolen analyser, acting as a deterrent and blocking unauthorised access and usage.
This feature requires weekly connection to KANE LIVE on an Android or iOS smart device, and will stop your analyser working after 1 week of separation from your device.
