KANE 458s Link Flue Gas Analyser COM-CAT Kit

The KANE 458s Link Flue Gas Analyser COM-CAT Kit features the DTHA2 Wireless Link Airflow Meter, which can connect via the integrated wireless functionality to the 458s analyser. Using the DTHA1 users can wirelessly measure airflow, temperature and humidity, viewing real-time results via the handset. The 20128 Extender Stick provides extra reach due to its telescopic handle, allowing the DTHA2 to be placed in hard-to-reach locations

With the KANE DTHA2, users can measure airflow from 1.1 m/s to 20m/s and temperature from -20 to 50ºC. Relative humidity can also be calculated from 0.1 to 99%

KANE 458s Flue Gas Analyser

The KANE 458s Flue Gas Analyser allows for the use of the flue gas analyser to conduct a number of aspects of combustions, including CO/CO2 ratio, oxygen content, excess air and efficiency and also tightness and let by. With wireless communication, the 458s is hydrogen (H2) ready (up to 20% blend) with a fully upgradable sensor. With the addition of an optional sensor that allows for the calculation of NO, NO2 SO2 and high-range CO.

The KANE 458s is capable of detecting a number of different fuel types including natural gas, LPG, Wood pellets, butane, light oil and propane. With an innovative purge pump system that ensures the KANE 458s CO sensor is protected from over-range. CO measurement function is deployed using the automatic boiler commissioning test sequence that allows the user to certify new boilers according to the requirements of Technical Bulletin 143. With a large screen showing six lines of text showing multiple test parameters with test results instantly available in a physical copy thanks to the optional KANE IRP-3 Infrared Printer.

As standard, the KANE 458s can calculate O2/CO2, CO/CO2 ratio, excess air, combustion efficiency and with an optional sensor NOx. Different fuel types can be tested such as natural gas, butane, LPG, light oil, wood pellets and propane. Using the optional IRP-3 printer, users can data hold, log and print reports.
