The KANE 458s Link Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit 2 is the ideal kit for completing the commission testing on new boilers. The CPA1 Kit 2 includes a set of ASP3 cooker, fire and grill appliance testing probes allowing for performance analysis of flueless appliances to be conducted. User safety is enhanced thanks to the included GLD/450Plus gas leak detector which provides a warning of combustible gas concentrations above 50ppm. Two Kane WPCP wireless probes are also included with the analyser and all kit components can be neatly and safely stored in the Kane backpack provided.

The Kane 458s Flue Gas Analyser allows for the use of the flue gas analyser co conduct a number of aspects of combustions, including CO/CO2 ratio, oxygen content, excess air and efficiency and also tightness and let by. With wireless communication, the 458s is hydrogen (H2) ready (up to 20% blend) with a fully upgradable sensor. With the addition of an optional sensor that allows for the calculation of NO, NO2 SO2 and high range CO.

The Kane 458s is capable of detecting a number of different fuel types including natural gas, LPG, Wood pellets, butane, light oil and propane. With an innovative purge pump system that ensures the Kane 458s CO sensor is protected from over range. CO measurement function is deployed using the automatic boiler commissioning test sequence that allows the user to certify new boilers according to the requirements of Technical Bulletin 143. With a large screen showing six lines of text showing multiple test parameters with test results instantly available in a physical copy thanks to the included Kane IRP-3 Infrared Printer.

The Kane 458s Link Flue Gas Analyser has an innovative pump sensor protection system providing an ideal instrument for performing commission testing on new boilers.

The Kane 458s is compatible with Kane Link, allowing for wireless connection to all Kane products which feature Kane Link. Kane Link will allow for the easy balancing of heating systems, check A/C units or kitchen fans, test rooms for CO and many more applications. Kane Link allows for the collection of data and store it on the same device,

Kane Live

The Kane Live App is compatible with Android devices and free to download from the Google Play store. The multilingual Lopo allows for test results to viewed in real time and tag them with real time GPS data and printouts even when on site. Printouts can be shared with colleagues or customers with downloaded analyser logs as CSV files

The Kane 458s Combustion Flue Gas Analyser includes more advanced features than the Kane 258 and 358 analsyers, such as CO safety checks and an optional NO sensor.  The Kane 358 Flue Gas Analyser is a highly useful tool capable of completing a variety of tasks crucial for commissioning and performing maintenance on gas systems & boilers. Whilst with less features, the 258 is a more affordable package and an ideal entry level Flue Gas Analyser.
